“decoder jpeg not available” on Mac OS X

I have an error “decoder jpeg not available” while working on one of my python projects on Mac OS X. Why is that and how to fix it?

I had an issue… I couldn’t upgrade my WordPress to 2.8.5 because of an error: ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)’. What is it and how to fix that problem?
